Senior Odoo Developer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the Odoo framework. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom Odoo applications to support the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Odoo applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new solutions
• Maintain and upgrade existing Odoo applications to ensure optimal performance
• Efficiently resolve technical issues by troubleshooting.
• Mentor and train junior developers to ensure their growth and development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Odoo framework and related technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Computer Science
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo development
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Git version control
