Job Responsibilities :
· Guide the team on Identification of quality inspection requirements and checklists to be implemented for verification of Central LPG system for project and operations.
· Review and approve quality inspection program, Plan, and schedule inspections for rectification and upgrade.
· Monitor progress of day-to-day quality inspection of the work.
· Assess the outcomes of quality inspection and provide recommendation.
· Coordinate with Third party inspector and supervise inspection activities.
· Review the TPI quality inspection reports for LPG system Verification.
· Review of submissions and related inspection records.
· Participate in vendor, material, and contractor qualifications.
· Verification of completion of quality checks of inspection prior to issue of NOC.
· Carryout Quality audit of work activity of Contractors / Consultant and TPI’s
Basic Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical
· Professional Certifications: ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor)/ CSWIP /AWS/ASNT Level 2
Minimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills
· 8 years of experience in oil & gas or similar nature of works including at least 6 years as Quality Engineer in a lead/supervisory role with Good oral and written communication skills
· Experience in Quality project implementation, Quality inspection, and Quality Management systems.
· Experience for work in ADNOC Group / Project shall be an added advantage.
· Experience in MS Office applications.
· Good in English/Arabic languages written and spoken.
· Valid UAE Driving license.
