Job Description
Architect with strong BIM authoring capabilities using Revit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in feasibility study of projects.
- Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements
- Responsible for the production of documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies/government agencies, especially in Dubai.
- Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of senior architect.
- Production of drawing and related documents required by marketing team for printing brochures if needed.
- Site visits to ensure that work is being executed as per drawings.
- Maintenance of Common data environment and records pertaining to drawings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
- Experience in working for Projects in Dubai or UAE that involve complex, multiphase, large scale residential buildings/projects.
- Experience of working with Architectural and ID large scale BIModels (LOD 400 or LOMD 4) is preferred.
SKILLS
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Good sketching and presentation skills.
- Good verbal, written communication skills.
